Pupils enjoy Monday night football between
Leicester City Vs Liverpool
A lucky group of pupils cherished an exciting game at the King Power stadium following the very surprising sacking of Claudio Ranieri.
For the students from year 7, 8 and 9 the afternoon started with an hour and a half of training and mini football tournament at St Margaret pastures. The football was played in a great spirit and a competitive edge.
Following the tournament students enjoyed a pre match meal at the Holiday Inn. The group of boys and girls ate Spaghetti bolognaise and pizza followed by apple crumble and custard.
Pre match, the 18 girls that attended where given the opportunity to be flag barriers when the players ran out on to the pitch. The girls were positioned right in front of the Liverpool fans. With both fans chatting the girls felt the full force and left the pitch with their ears ringing and their hair standing up!
Well done to all pupils who attended the trip. As always behaviour was brilliant allowing the trip to be memorably to all involved.
